Track practice typically occurs at the Corona Del Mar High School Track on Wednesdays at 6pm sharp.
The session departs the CDM track for a 2 mile warm up run, but returns to the track for the workout (so if your a few minutes late, and no one is there, stick around, they’ll show up in 10-15 minutes.)
The track workout is typically made up of interval sets, often times geared toward upcoming races, with some options for more or less distance.

We also do an out and back cross country run at 10:00 am on Sundays immediately following the team swim. These runs leave from either Big Corona beach or CDM High School depending on where we swim.
